SprayShield Pro is a polyurea elastomer: an isocyanate component reacting with amine-terminated resins to form a continuous rubber-tough membrane directly on the steel. Because the film is 100% solids, nothing evaporates and nothing shrinks — a wet 40-mil pass is a dry 40-mil film. There is no solvent smell driving customers out of your waiting room and no VOC paperwork for your municipality.
On the substrate it behaves like armor with a suspension: hard enough to blunt gravel impact, elastic enough to stretch across seam movement and frame flex without opening a crack. Moisture never reaches the steel; the corrosion circuit never closes.
